PLEASE NOTE:

1. Heartsaver First Aid course will only be offered as necessary (Minimum class size of 2 students required)
   
   
2. Classes may be scheduled for off site locations. If you are interested in scheduling a class for your organization or business, please contact us at (518) 371-3880 or send an email to CPHM-Training@nycap.rr.com
   
   
3. Dress casually as you will participate in practice sessions at floor level. If you have a physical condition that limits mobility, we can accommodate you while performing the skills practice and evaluation.
   
   
4. In order to ensure a reservation in the course, please fill out the Course Registration Form found on this web site, and send along with a check in the correct amount made out to Clifton Park & Halfmoon Emergency Corps.
   
   
5. All classes require a MINIMUM of TWO (2) students in order to be held.
   
   
6. Special one-on-one courses may be arranged for any CPR course. However due to the difficulty in arranging specialized staff to complete this course with you, an additional fee will be required of $60.00 for an original course and $40.00 for a recertification course.
